Under the Panar Almora two-lane high road project, a bypass will also be constructed from Petshal to Kwarach. Engineers of the executing agency will start the survey of the bypass from Tuesday. Due to construction of bypass, now people go to Almora. From Petshal you will reach Kyrab directly via Vishwanath. After this the distance will also reduce and people's access to the world famous Jageshwar Dham will become easier.
Almora-Panar Highway is quite narrow. Due to this, people traveling from here have to face problems. Is. Many times they have to face the problem of traffic jam. To solve the problem, a proposal for widening of NH section Ranikhet Highway was prepared about two years ago.
After the proposal was approved, a consultancy tender was floated to prepare the DPR. The concerned consultancy has completed the survey of two lane road from Panar to Almora via Danya-Asatola-Dhanuchanaula Petshal. Now preparations are on to build a bypass along this line.
Through the bypass, now people will not reach Almora but will reach Kwaray via Petshal via Vishwanath. Survey for bypass construction will start from today. DPR will be prepared after the survey. As soon as the budget is approved, construction of two-lane road and bypass will be started. Tourists and devotees will get relief: Every year lakhs of tourists come here from Terai. Especially in Jageshwar Dham, there is a constant flow of devotees throughout the year, but the pilgrims have to face problems while going to Atmoda along the hill of Kwarab.
The journey will be reduced by 18 km
To reach Kyarav from Ghat Panar, passengers have to travel a distance of about 117 km. After construction of the bypass, the distance from Panar to Kwar will be reduced by 18 km. Passengers will have to travel only 89 km. Apart from this, people will be able to avoid coming to Almora unnecessarily.
